I didn't get a place in Phnom Penh because there are nicer, more liveable, towns. Although the average Cambodian girl is an adorable and very correct creature (unlike the average Thai, who is an adorable slut), P4P is pretty much everywhere. Going street rates can be as low as five bucks, ten to fifteen normal. Twenty gets you a room and a girl in a hostess club.
