Recruiting. Every company has to do it and no one has to recruit more frequently than owners of bars that employ women of the night. We always want more women. As I stated before in previous posts that everyone assumes that getting hot women for a beer bar or go go bar is easy. It’s not - especially for a couple of white guys who are still learning Thai. So that means we constantly have to go recruiting. Tough job folks but we deal with it.
For us that means going out as much as we can looking for new recruits. Hot women that we think are candidates for working at The Big Mango Bar. I won’t tell u anything yet but we are always trying to evolve the bar and continue to offer the best experience we now how to produce. Women are a big part of that. So we go out and look for new ones - in all sorts of places but the problem we have is that when we go out we usually have a drink(maybe 2), sometimes the women don’t want a job(then we decide if we should just party with them) - and very quickly recruiting missions turn morph into another night out in Bkk. God help us. Don’t shoot us for trying but this is a tough responsibility that we don’t take lightly.
So the last recruiting mission did produce a few net news for the pipeline. Gotta keep the pipe full, move the recruits through the pipe but u have to always be looking for net news. That is key. My previous job was sales so I am all about the pipeline. Recruiting aside though let me update u on a few places.
Shark on cowboy continues to impress. Tons of talent, good attitude and the see through outfits are the bomb. Head over.
Moving out of Shark we forced ourselves to try something new. We did. Cactus club on Soi cowboy. We were told to check it out and sometimes we peak our head in and roll right back out. Not this time. The entire go go staff was on the stage, dancing in high heels and - well, nothing else. Only the heels folks. They were shaking there ass as well. We spotted 2 cuties and we offered some drinks. So they came over in a small cover up around the waist but did not put a top on. This is the way it should be. When they go back to dancing they remove the cover up and promptly return to shaking their - nude bodies. The 18 and 19 yo we chatted with were quite nice. We will return to Cactus to let u know how it is going. Nice.
Left Soi Cowboy for Nana. Rainbow 1. Hopping. good tunes and fun girls. In general I think pulling from any of the Rainbow bars usually is a letdown in the sack but RB 1 is starting to give me hope. Check it out.
After hours. Soi Tunnel. Happening. Tons of cool people, FL galore and a good vibe. The Thai guy spinning as of late is doing a nice job. Long live the tunnel.
