Admiral Suites - Sukhumvit Soi 2
- Admiral more 3-star
- Reasonable prices for outstanding rooms and huge plasma TVs with DVD players
- Great beds, bathrooms, etc.
- Excellent service, very friendly, no problems with the ladies, no matter how many….
- Admiral appears not to check ID cards
Bel Aire Princess - Sukhumvit soi 5
- If you pay for a double, which is little more than a single, then there are no questions asked
Dynasty Inn - Sukhumvit Soi 4
- It’s pretty cheap (around 1200 baht / $35 night - approx)
- Location, location, location (right next to NEP)
- They don’t hassle you when you bring back dessert
- The only bad thing is that it can be noisy if you are in the front building of the hotel
Grand President - Sukhumvit Soi 11
- Overall gets good reviews but there are 2 wings one old one new. Stay in the new
Landmark - On Sukhumvit between Soi 4 and Soi 6
- Expensive but great terrace
- 90% of the quality of the JW Marriott at 70% of the price
- Great location
- Security light - easy to bring up but also easy for girls to come up unannounced
Livingstone’s - Sukhumvit Soi 33
- For anyone strapped for cash ask for a cheaper room
- ID check but no hassle on brining people in for a party
Majestic Grande - Sukhumvit Soi 2
- Nice hotel in good location. Not the cheapest, but nice
- Awesome breakfast buffet
- ID check but not hassles
- Close to Annie’s Soapie!
Majestic Suites - Sukhumvit between Landmark and Soi 4
- Close to Nana
- Reasonable price
- No problem bringing guests
- Rates are between 1200-2000 Baht depending on the room
Parkway Inn - Sukhumvit between Landmark and Soi 4
- Close to Nana
- Reasonable price
- No problem bringing guests
- Rates are between 1200-2000 Baht depending on the room
- Some rooms do not have windows - some have windows looking directly onto NEP
President Solitaire - Sukhumvit Soi 11
- President more 4-star

The Royal Hotel Bangkok - adjacent to the Grand Palace
- Near to a boat jetty, in the middle of what is known as Rattanakosin Island
- A short walk to many sites, including the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Keo, National Museum and government offices
- One of Bangkok’s original tourist budget establishments
- Rooms at the Royal Hotel Bangkok are unfussy and comfortable
- Little bit touristy but still good value for money
The Taipan - Sukhumvit Soi 2
- Great location and big rooms, plus a pool you can discreetly visit with your takeaway after hours.
- Easy for bringing party people - only nominal ID checking
