The FARANG Speaks 2 Much

This week on the Mister Rogers show we will talk about Boof Svorga.
Boof Svorga (Swedes, please excuse my spelling) is Swedish for "brother
effer". A term used to basically describe sharing the same women with
your friends, not at the same time particularly but over time. For
example, you are at a club or a go-go and your friend points out a girl
and says "I have been with her and it was the most amazing night of my
life". At this point you are either in Camp A where you are disgusted
that this girl has been soiled by your friend and would never be with
her (referred to as "sloppy seconds" in some countries), or in Camp B where the girl has now been qualified and your risk
of a bad experience dramatically reduced so you take the plunge with
the girl yourself. When I first moved to Thailand I came with American
cultural baggage so I was in Camp A. The delusion of the girl I was
pursuing being pure was very important to maintain. Don’t know why, it
was just built in. After being in Bangkok now for a bit I have jumped
camps to Camp B. The logic of this switch is pretty simple. Most girls
I pursue have been with hundreds of men, women or whatever. That is the
reality here. So, if your friend has been there and gives a stellar
review and is not itching below more than usual than why not go with that over an unknown quantity. Chances are the unknown girl and the
qualified girl have been around the block an equal amount of times so
why not take the one who you know will be good. Over time here in
Bangkok it becomes more important to avoid the bad ones over the ones
that have been sullied by your mate. The Swedes are the only folks that
I know of with a term dedicated to this social behavior. In speaking to the Swedes I
know they are not sure if this says something good or bad about Sweden. I
say cheers to the Swedes and Boof Svorga. Let the slutting continue…

Resorts and Sopranos
I continued my research this past week into the Hostess clubs here in Bangkok. Two friends of mine are members of Resorts (located on Soi Ekamai) and the Sopranos Club (formerly Orbit located on Suk Soi 26) and were kind enough to invite me along.
Resorts is structured as other hostess clubs with Mamasans, Hostesses, Dancers, Live Entertainment, and Memberships. It costs 20,000 baht for a membership here and you get some bottles of booze and discounts on drinks and ladies. Resorts is a bit different than others in that it caters to a younger crowd. The music is more hip-hop than pop. The crowd is mostly Thai and again younger than other hostess clubs. The women are lighter skin Bangkok Thai and average around 19 years old but imho not that hot. There were also not a large selection of the dancers and hostesses available. They do have a cage that floats over the bar with a dancing girl in it but pretty boring really. Perhaps if she was wearing a skirt with no panties or if there were two girls wrestling to the death but it was just a girl dancing. The hip-hop band was pretty good. Overall, the club was pretty crowded and had a decent vibe but again, not enough women. One more thing to mention about the women. The friends I went with who are members insisted that most of the girls that work there are virgins. Sorry guys, I know you are absolutely sure of this but I am absolutely sure they aren’t. I would rather be wrong on this one but don’t think I am.
Now for the Sopranos. I will just say that I was pretty blown away. Again, same structure as other hostess clubs. Membership here is 30,000 baht. What was I blown away by? The women mostly but the entertainment was also top notch. There were about thirty or so hostesses, average to above average looking. The dancers though were OFF THE HOOK. The show started with these dancing girls coming out one by one off the stage on onto the bar. At the end there were about thirty of them dancing on the rather long and winding bar. Most of them were simply stunning. Just so you know though, these girls are not as readily "available" as the hostess girls. It takes a bit more time and money to land one of the dancers. The live entertainment was first rate all the way. There was a thai lady singing a Shakira song better than the curvy Diva herself. My friends told me that the band that comes on after the one I saw is even better. A real first class joint. The crowd again is 95% Thai but farang friendly. They have private karaoke type rooms for a few thousand baht a night as well. My friend mentioned that he received special "oral" attention one night when they rented out one of the rooms. So, anything is possible. Overall, pretty pricey but you get access to working girls not from Isaan. Not sure yet if that is a good or bad thing but will do my best to find out.

Bangkok Bar/Go-Go Update
NEP
Besides two days in the past two weeks where bars were closed at 1:00am and 1:15am NEP has been closing at 2:00am every night. Low season and rainy season ending soon. Weekdays slow, weekends good.
- Erotica. Reports keep coming in about the girl with the most beautiful natural breasts on the planet. I have seen here in clothes but not without so can’t confirm but it’s been about six different guys now. She works on the second floor and is rather short. Will try for a sighting this week to confirm.
- Hollywood 3rd Floor. My friend and I believe we know why this go-go is not catching on. Two reasons, it’s too white and clean. Second, the girls wear go-go pants. The shows are also lame and music is WAY too loud but I think the first two reasons are the killers. Why are they wearing go-go shorts in Nana. G-strings and stars over the nips are the competetion so no wonder Hollywood is losing. Guys like sleazy. This place is not sleazy in the least. It’s like putting a porn star in a wedding dress.
- Rainbows 1,2,4. Still a Tsunami of Flesh as one of my friends puts it.
- Mercury. Surprised again. Went with a couple of friends and had a great time. One friend who hasn’t bar fined a girl in months, mostly because he finds his action after hours, bar fined a little eighteen year old cutie that was thrown into his lap. His report…it was kind of embarrassing walking down the street with her but what an amazing time. It was embarrassing because with clothes on she looked about twelve years old, d’oh! He doesn’t normally like playing teacher but got a kick out of her squirming and squirting in new found ecstasy. Those are his words, just passing them along.

After Hours Update
- Tequila Dragon on Suk Soi 7/1. Now becoming known throughout the city as a top After Hours destination this place has been packing them in. It rivals Boss Club now. The owner cleared out some of the couches to make more room and has just made all the right moves to become the top club. Unfortunately it’s getting too packed on the weekends which is good for the owners but bad for patrons that don’t like the packed scene, like yours truly. Weekday nights are still rocking.
- Soi Tunnel (Sanook Bar) between Suk Soi 5 and Suk Soi 7. On the weekends when Tequila Dragon is too crowded so Soi Tunnel is getting the overflow. The Manager is still trying to ruin this by keeping pool going late but even with their incompetent management they are starting to get a little bit of a crowd. Th DJ is still cranking and they are significantly cheaper than Dragon.
- Boss Club by Big C. Many positive reports coming in on Boss Club. Packing them in with good crowds. Not my scene but many guys raving about it still.

Tales From The Street
Tale 1: Butterfly Punter A had been with Working Girl A two times and was really not going to go for number three. His mind however was changed when WG A, who was a door girl at a local go-go, switched to the pole and started doing Lesbian shows. She also mentioned to BP A that she really enjoyed satisfying her fellow female performers during the shows. What do you think BP A did?
Tale 2: I recently heard of a Working Girl trying to sell an insurance policy to her Farang love and at a pretty pricey amount. Guys, do I really need to tell you that this is not a good buy?
Tale 3: Punter A just shot his protein into Working Girl A’s mouth. WG A then asked Punter A to comfort and kiss her. She proceeded to empty the remains of her mouth onto Punter A’s lips as they kissed. I know, gross. I just write em as I hear them

Big Mango Bar Update
- Special thanks to Wookie, Rat and the boys from Perth. Party animals and great guys. They are killing us with booze and bell ringing but we love it.
- Pool team has been kicking butt and have rebounded from 0-5 to 4-6 with 3 ties. We are now in 5th place but will need a miracle to get in the top 4 and make the playoffs.
